- For custom orders, design approval from the customer is mandatory before printing.
3. Order Processing & Payment
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure online payment methods.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
- Unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or logistic issues may occur, and we will inform customers in such cases.
- If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Customers must provide clear video proof during unboxing to claim a return.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Refunds will be credited within 7 business days after verification of the returned product.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or errors from our side.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once processing starts, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be issued within 7 business days.
